1. Acceptance of Terms

Royal888 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit card transactions.

• Deposits are generally credited to your royal888 account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Royal888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be subject to processing times as communicated on the Platform. Royal888 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

Royal888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Termination and Suspension

Royal888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any other policy of royal888.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Your own request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
